Club Management & Ressources Humaines Grand Sud-Ouest was created in 2003, in Paris by Edgard Added, Editor of the magazine RH&M. This movement is a place where good practices are exchanged between human resource professionals such as consultants, VPHRs, lawyers, legal advisors, etc. The success experienced by the Mouvement in 2003 offers proof that we pinpointed a need among young VPHRs and more generally all HR professionals, consultants, lawyers, and other facilitators of HR progress... to assert themselves as human resource managers capable of both strategic thinking and operational action.
Mouvement key figures
At the end of an experimental year, all these elements have given the Mouvement a real identity whose leading idea is a more modern and daring vision of the function. The Mouvement is the vehicle of the "new VPHR" concept marked by the "fracture of the HR generations". It brings together young VPHRs as well as all those who adhere to the same fundamental values and see HRs differently. The Mouvement ushers in the emergence of a new generation of VPHRs characterized by changes in culture, mentalities and skills, as well as a new approach, a new positioning, new goals, and new missions.
The Mouvement in the Midi-Pyrénées region
The emergence of the Mouvement barely one year ago, the success of prestigious events organized until now in Paris, Jean-Claude Merlane's national role as technical advisor to the president of Mouvement Génération RH , Florence Nony, and of course the Toulouse origins of merlane , made Jean-Claude Merlane the natural instigator and driver of this organization in the Midi-Pyrénées region in March 2004.
