Consultants, the company at the origin of the merlane
company, was the first management consulting firm in the Midi-Pyrénées
region to be certified ISO 9001 Version 1994 in
1996.

ISO 9001 certification Version 2000 was extended to all company activities
in 2000, making merlane the first management consulting
firm in France to be certified in the new version of the standard.
In January 2004, the certification was extended to the Paris and Lyons
offices.
Certification was extended to merlane International
in 2000.
OPQCM Certification

The Office Professionnel de Qualification des Conseils
en Management (OPQCM) is a trade association created in 1979
at the initiative of the Fédération des Syndicats
des Sociétés d'Études et de Conseils (SYNTEC)
and the Chambre des Ingénieurs-Conseil de France
(CICF). As of today, 550 firms and independent consultants have been
certified. |

The OPQCM delivers quality labels to consulting firms based solely on
professional criteria, the suitability of their human, technical and financial
resources, and customer satisfaction.
Three conditions must be combined to acquire this label: to have practiced
management consulting for at least two years, to practice consulting as
your main profession on the open market, and to prove you are financially
sound and generate representative annual revenues.
The OPQCM has established a classification by area of expertise that
recognizes 15 main types of consulting.
Since 1993, the OPQCM has delivered to merlane its Professional
Qualification Certificate in the field of "Human Resources".
SYNTEC Conseil en Management Competency Label

In June 2003, merlane received
the SYNTEC Conseil en Management Competency Label.
This label rewards an organization whose purpose
is to maintain a competency dynamic in management consulting firms.
To do this, the federation offers its members guidelines for creating,
applying and internally managing their own system. |

The companies agree to follow this general framework and give proof of
its workings to an independent third-party, the AFAQ. SYNTEC Conseil en
Management hands the firm an accreditation that is valid for three years.
The skills valuation system is based on transparency. This benefits everyone
involved, both clients and consultants.
