The various branches
of merlane expertise:

 

The "Management branch is historically merlane's first branch.
It comprises French and foreign consultants working in France and other countries on managerial skills development assignments.

This branch covers several activities:
SME general management: strategic planning support for SMEs
Executive team support: strengthening team synergy/Executive team building
Management development: management training/actions

 

The merlane "Human Resources"branch covers the following activities:

Strategic management of Human Resources: HR consulting, implementation
   of HR policies
Recruitment and Evaluation : headhunting, recruitment through job offers,
   and outsourcing of Recruitment process, internal mobility
Skills and Training : outsourcing of skills management and training
Personnel Administration and Management: outsourcing of personnel
   administration and management
Networked HR consulting: outsourcing of a team of HR consultants for networked companies (dealerships, franchises, etc.)

The merlane "Organization" branch is dedicated to:

organization consulting and quality certification support
Support Services optimization
implementation of large projects (HRIS, knowledge management).

 

 

The merlane "Management et Santé" branch consists of consulting physicians, managers and legal consultants dedicated to health, professional practitioners, experts in organization and medical strategy or in the improvement of work, health and safety conditions. Its activity spans two main areas:

helping to solve business issues in health and medical/social institutions (start-up projects, work time management and reduction, accreditation, strategic approach, management training, recruitment, etc.),
integrating sanitary prevention and occupational hazard prevention as a change management tool in industrial and commercial companies (training in comfort and health at the office, movements and postures, stress management, etc.).

The "International" branch is a merlane subsidiary governed by Spanish law and based in Madrid . Its business is to help its clients with their international siting and development strategy.
Its mission is to provide merlane services to French or foreign companies to help them complete their projects in Spain , Europe, Latin America and the rest of the world. merlane International consultants are particularly involved in change management projects in multi-cultural environments, in French, English, German and Spanish.
merlane International works in close collaboration with foreign partners in Spain (Madrid), United Kingdom (Bath), Germany (Frankfurt and Hamburg), Italy (Milan), Portugal (Lisbon), Columbia (Bogota), and the United States (California and Arizona).
