Their initial training is very diverse: lawyers, occupational psychologists, psycho-sociologists, Personnel Management graduates, Innovation Management graduates, engineers, CNAM engineers in a variety of fields, top business schools, Advanced Business Center (CPA-HEC), etc. The consultants also come from a wide range of origins: French, Spanish, English, German, South American, Irish and Belgian. merlane employs some 50 collaborators on its four sites.
